Elm Gives Back again ready to help housing-insecure students at WSU with welcome baskets
Elm is partnering again this year with Westfield State University to create Welcome Baskets for 45 new housing-insecure and foster students. These baskets, filled with essential dorm items and basic school supplies, offer practical support and aim to ease the transition into university life for these students who often show up to campus with no bedding, towels, or toiletries for their dorm room. By providing these resources, Elm and WSU are addressing the unique challenges faced by these students, ensuring they have the necessary tools and comfort to thrive academically and personally. This initiative underscores Elm’s commitment to assist with student well-being and to cultivate a supportive community from the very start of their college journey. Your generosity the last two years has been incredible. We’re hoping to make this year just as successful.
