From Bob’s Desk: Financial update

I am happy to report that we closed out our 50^th year in business on June 30^th.

Our results are not finalized until September, but everything indicates another good year. Our safety, quality and financial performance is once again top notch. Elm has continued to grow and maintain its profit margin, which is fantastic considering the challenges facing all of us. That margin allows us to pay bonuses, reinvest in our company and our people.

As always, your efforts are responsible for the company’s success. That effort, craftsmanship and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Bonuses are never a sure thing, but because of our great crew we are able to pay them for another year. The figures have largely been determined and should be paid out in Mid-September. As stockholders, paying bonuses is always a pleasure.
